SAN JOSE, CA – An 8-year-old boy was killed after being struck by a vehicle in a San Jose crosswalk, ABC 7 News reports.  The accident occurred on the morning of September 16th at the intersection of Driftwood Drive and Castlemont Avenue. The victim was walking to school with his babysitter when they were both struck by a black 2022 Mercedes. The boy was killed in the crash. SAN JOSE, CA – Three people were injured in San Jose on Sunday after their car crashed into a tree, according to KTVU.  The accident occurred on southbound Gurdwara Avenue. For reasons that are not clear at this time, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree at a high speed. The vehicle wrapped around the tree and trapped one passenger. SAN JOSE, CA – Two women were killed in Oakland last week after being hit by a driver who fled the scene, KRON 4 reports.  The victims were in a crosswalk when they were hit by a red pickup truck.
