SAN JOSE, CA- A homeless man lost his life on Wednesday when he was hit by a car at an intersection in San Jose, The Mercury Times reports.
The man was hit around 4:30 in the morning at the Almaden Expressway and Cherry Avenue intersection.
His identity has not been released.
The driver, meanwhile, stayed at the site of the incident and complied with police. There is no suspicion as of now that the driver was intoxicated.
