SAN MARCOS, CA- A person was killed in a two vehicle crash early Saturday morning on Interstate 15, City News Service reported.
The crash involved a black truck and a red sedan. It occurred near I-15 and Deer Springs Road at approximately 2:14a.m. Throughout the course of the incident, a vehicle flipped over and a guardrail was hit.
The California Highway Patrol immediately responded to the accident. About three and a half hours later, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to a request to join the CHP.
