LOS ANGELES, CA – Two people were killed on Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a hit-and-run driver, according to ABC 7. The crash occurred near Exposition Park on 5200 Flower Street around 12:40 p.m. The driver lost control of their vehicle, mounted the curb, and struck a tent on the sidewalk. A man standing near the tent and a woman sleeping in the tent were killed. The driver attempted to flee the scene but was shortly caught by police. LOS ANGELES, CA – Nine people were injured on Thursday afternoon when a shuttle bus crashed at Los Angeles International Airport. According to CBS News, the bus crashed into a pole around 12:20 p.m. There were 24 people on the bus at the time of the crash, 9 of whom were injured. BEL AIR, CA – Two people were injured in a crash with a cement truck on Wednesday morning, CBS News reports.  The crash occurred on West Sunset Boulevard around 8:40 a.m. The crash involved a cement truck and another vehicle. Details on the cause of the crash are not clear at this time. The cement truck was flipped over in the accident. Two people became trapped in thier vehicle and were rescued before being rushed to the hospital. The current condition of the victims has not been reported. BELL GARDENS, CA – Three people were ejected from their vehicle following an accident in Bell Gardens on Monday night, CBS News reports.  The accident occurred on southbound 710 near the Florence Avenue exit. SAUGUS, CA – A man is in critical condition following an accident in Saugus on Tuesday morning, local news reports.  The accident occurred around 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road.  A 69-year-old man in an SUV was attempting to get gas at the Chevron Station when his vehicle began to roll backwards. After jumping back into the car, the man tried to brake but insead accelerated into oncoming traffic.  He was ejected from his vehicle in the collision and hospitalized in critical condition.  No other injuries have been reported.
