LOS ANGELES, CA – An accident in Palos Verdes Peninsula left the driver of a Tesla dead on Tuesday afternoon, ABC 7 reports.  The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on the 2700 block of Sunnyridge Road. A woman driving a Tesla lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole and another car. She died at the scene. It is not clear what caused her to lose control of the Tesla. LOS ANGELES, CA – A scooter rider was struck by a van and dragged for 25 feet before the driver fled the scene, KTLA reports.  The accident occurred near the intersection of Fickett Street and Boulder Street around 9 p.m. on Saturday. The victim had fallen off his scooter and, as he was laying in the road, was struck by a white van. He was dragged by the van for 25 feet before becoming dislodged as the driver fled. BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Two people were hospitalized after an accident in Beverly Hills on Monday evening, ABC 7 Los Angeles reports.  The accident occurred at the intersection of Doheny Drive and Clifton Way around 8:15 p.m. A silver sedan was speeding through the area when the driver lost control and struck a black SUV parked on the side of the road. LOS ANGELES, CA – Six people were killed after a three-vehicle accident in Windor Hills, ABC 7 reports.  The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. as a Mercedes-Benz sedan sped through a red light and struck two other vehicles at a high speed. LOS ANGELES, CA – Two people were killed on Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a hit-and-run driver, according to ABC 7. The crash occurred near Exposition Park on 5200 Flower Street around 12:40 p.m. The driver lost control of their vehicle, mounted the curb, and struck a tent on the sidewalk. A man standing near the tent and a woman sleeping in the tent were killed. The driver attempted to flee the scene but was shortly caught by police.
