Narrative
Martin Garcia, 34, died after being extricated from a car that had collided with a van on I-10 on March 16th. At 8:50a.m., close to Haugen-Lehmann Way, a van and a car crashed into each other. The Riverside County Fire Department crews found a victim trapped alive in the car. By the time they were able to remove him, he had already passed away. The driver of the van was slightly injured and refused to be hospitalized. Traffic lasted until for about eight hours as only lane of I-10 was left open for most of the day. The specifics of the collision remain unknown.
