VACAVILLE, CA – A truck carrying tomatos spilled on I-80 in Vacaville and closed the highway on Monday afternoon, local news reports.
The accident occurred around 5 a.m. when the truck collided with another vehicle in the eastbound lanes and spilled tomatos across the road about two feet deep.
The obstruction caused a chain-reaction accident that involved seven vehicles.
No injuries have been reported.
