HAWTHORNE, CA – One person was killed in Hawthorne on Tuesday morning after being struck by a metro train, accoridng to CBS Los Angeles.
The accident occurred on the 4400 block of West 111th Street around 4 a.m.
One person was killed. Their identity has not yet been releashed. At this time it is not clear why they were on the tracks.
