Narrative
A pickup truck slammed into a Volkswagen, killing the child inside and injuring the mother, on Nov. 16th at I-80 and Riverside Avenue. The Volkswagen was on the side of the road due to a flat tire. The pickup accelerated as it entered the interstate from a ramp. It crashed while merging onto the interstate around 9a.m. People in the area came to help. The mother was sent to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center. No other information on the crash was provided.
