Pedestrian killed on Highway 99 in Fresno

FRESNO, CA – A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle along Highway 99 in Fresno, accoridng to ABC 30 Action News. 

The accident occurred on southbound 99 near Belmont Avenue.

Police were called to the scene of an accident and found a car crashed into the center median without a driver.

A man was walking around the scene naked who ran into traffic when he saw the officers. He was struck by a Toyota Corrolla and died at the scene.

The 78-year-old man driving the Toyota remained at the scene and cooporated with police.
