SAN BERNARDINO, CA – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a semi-truck on I-215 in San Bernardino on Wednesday morning, ABC 7 reports.
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes of I-215 near 5th Street around 4 a.m.
For reasons that are not clear at this time, a pedestrian entered the freeway and was hit by a blue and white semi pulling a trailer.
Northbound I-215 was closed for several hours due to this crash.
