SAN DIEGO, CA – A woman was hospitalized on Sunday due to a multi-vehicle collision on I-8, the Times of San Diego reports.
At least five different vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred in the westbound lanes of I-8 near I-805 around 10:30 a.m.
The accident was a chain reaction that started when one vehicle rear-ended another. It involved a Toyota Camry that struck a Honda Civic, a Volkswagen Tiguan and Nissan Armada.
Only one injury has been reported, a woman who was transported from the scene. Her current condition is unknown.
