Narrative
A 30 year-old man was killed when a driver hit him on Bell Road on Nov. 25th at 10:10a.m. The man was walking on the east shoulder near the Crossroads Shopping Center at the time. A 20 year-old female was the driver. The victim is believed to be homeless. Investigators have been trying to determine who was at fault.
