OXNARD, CA – A motorcyclist was killed in Oxnard on Friday after crashing into a semi-truck, according to local news reports.
The accident occurred around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Hueneme Road and Arcturus Avenue. A Peterbilt semi-truck was attempting to make a left turn onto Arcturus from westbound Hueneme when he struck the motorcyclist in the eastbound lanes.
The motorcycle rider was ejected off the bike and killed. The truck driver was uninjured. Police are continuing to investigate this incident.
