ATWATER, CA- Carolyn Sue Rose, 76, and Billie Edwards, 73, were killed after a minivan ran them over on Wednesday in Atwater, ABC30 reports.
The minivan then crashed into a light pole in East Juniper.
The investigations remains ongoing. The guilty driver has been cooperating with authorities.
