Man hit by car when crossing Mines Boulevard

WHITTIER, CA- At-fault driver hit a pedestrian and fled the scene on early Sunday morning on Mines Boulevard, Keys News Network reports.

The incident occurred right at the intersection of South Broadway and Mines Boulevard.

First responders were called around 1:45 in the morning. Both the Los Angeles County Fire Department and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Pico Station responded to the call.

Upon arriving, they found the man on the ground. The man was subsequently hospitalized. It is not known in what condition the victim was in when he was found.
