SAN DIEGO, CA- A man was walking on SR 94 when a car hit him and drove off on Oct. 18th, FOX 5 reports.
The CHP reports that this occurred at 12:50a.m.
Following the incident, lane four was shut down for two hours.
The victim’s identity has not revealed to the public yet. A toxicology report was done on the body to see if alcohol or drugs had something to do with the incident.
