Hit-and-run kills man in wheelchair in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO, CA – A man in a wheelchair was killed in a hit-and-run in San Bernardino on Sunday, KTLA reports. 

The victim, a 46-year-old man, was struck near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Cedar Street around 4:40 a.m.

The driver was travelling east on Highland Avenue and fled the scene. The victim was killed at the scene.
