Cyclist struck, killed by truck in Fresno

FRESNO, CA – A cyclist was killed in northeast Fresno on Wednesday afternoon after being hit by a truck, ABC 30 reports. 

The crash occurred at the intersection of Friant Road and Audubon Drive.

A pickup truck was driving on Friant Road and hit the cyclist while turning west onto Audubon Drive.

The victim, a man in his fifties, passed away due to his injuries.

Police are still investigating the crash. No further information is available at this time.
