OAKDALE, CA – A woman succumbed to fatal injuries after she was struck by a 2005 Cadallic Escalade while crossing West F Street before 9:30 p.m. Monday. California Highway Patrol said she was crossing the south and northbound directions of West F when she was struck by the eastbound Cadillac. The woman — whose name has not been released — was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was unharmed, and it is unclear if any injuries were sustained.
