CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA – A motorcyclist’s life was claimed after colliding with a truck in the area of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard after 11 a.m. Monday. First responders rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where he or she later died. The truck driver and passenger appeared to have been unharmed and remained at the scene. Impairment did not play a role in this fatal wreck. Additional details are under investigation.
