Narrative
NEAR STOCKTON, CA – A 20-year-old man operating a motorcycle rear-ended a 2022 Western semi-truck, leading him to suffer fatal wounds Tuesday.
This crash happened after 5 a.m. north of French Camp Road. The impact of this collision threw the 20-year-old man off his bike. As a result, he died from his injuries at the scene.
California Highway Patrol said the big rig driver, a 29-year-old man, was going 55 mph at the time of the crash. He was unharmed.
Troopers launched an investigation and have not revealed the exact details leading up to this crash.
