Narrative
COACHELLA, CA – A driver managed to escape injuries after their semi-truck overturned and crashed at the eastbound I-10 and Dillon Road interchange Friday.
This single-vehicle collision happened close to 2 a.m. near the Cactus City rest area. The eastbound lanes were blocked for several hours before reopening before 7:45 a.m.
Prior to the reopening of these lanes, motorists could use State Highway 82 as an alternative route get sent to Box Canyon Road before getting back on I-10.
