DUBLIN, CA – A driver, a 25-year-old man, and his passenger, a 23-year-old man, were killed after speeding on Dougherty Road and hitting a tree and light pole before their BMW M3 split in two and caught on fire Tuesday. The collision happened around 10:30 p.m. Their names have not yet been released.
