RICHMOND, CA – Two were entrapped inside a green box truck, and at least one of them succumbed to fatal injuries after their truck crashed Sunday on I-80 East. This collision happened before 6 a.m. California Highway Patrol shut down all the eastbound lanes and reopened around 9:15 a.m.
