Leann Massingham, 28, was identified as the woman who was fatally hospitalized after being hit on Nov. 17th while crossing Parkview Ave. The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office identified the pedestrian who was hit at 6:35p.m that day. The woman later died at Mercy Medical.
