HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – A man was killed following a head-on collision in Huntington Beach on Tuesday, local news reports.
The accident occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway near Goldenwest Street around 12:30 p.m. The victim, a 82-year-old man from Seal Beach, was driving a south in a 2005 Toyota Camry when he crossed the center median and entered the northbound lanes.
He then struck a 2013 Volkswagen GTI driven by a 25-year-old woman from Huntington Beach. He was killed at the scene.
The woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Further information on her condition is not currently available.
