Narrative

Chandlyr Dees passed away on Jan. 1st when his ATV crashed with a sedan on Standing Rock Ave and Japitul Rd at 4:30p.m. Standing Rock Ave was closed inbetween Kingsdale and Moccasins Roads up until 7p.m. as authorities responded to the call. The other driver remained on-site until police arrived. Dees was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center but was determined to have passed away by the time he arrived.
